Bio

Max Sawyer raised Shane Gooseman and worked on the Supertrooper experiments as a genetics scientist. Max was removed from the project when Shane was thirteen years old and branded a traitor for allegedly selling classified DNA data. Max dies, along with a unnamed woman, after an attack in Gift of Life and his son, William Ester Sawyer, is rescued by Shane.

Max leaves a key to the Sundancer project with the Rangers.
