=Bio=
Brappo continues to operate as a crime boss on Tortuna.  An ugly little guy, he is a collector of exotic art.  Brappo is usually accompanied by his somewhat faithful manservant, [[Peters]].  He appears to have recovered from the normally fatal shock of touching the Poe Mutant Sensation doll.  Also, in the words of Doc, he "owns New Jersey."
