I need to ask if I can share it publicly: I was sent a picture last week that had all 9 figures (including Niko), a couple more guns (one is a rifle), the hover cycle, interceptor and what looks like a walkie-talkie (communicator).

WoW! That is new material! I had never seen him before.
Maybe Rabbibob knows more, but I think Roy was where the food boxes that Dan F. taught us were made. (Dan is one of the writers of the series). I do not know if it will have something to do with food boxes with yours ... but I also want to see Niko !
