We tap maple trees on our property, boil down the sap and jar a few gallons of maple syrup for own enjoyment (re: on ice cream, in oatmeal, on pancakes and french toast). This process takes two or three weekends to do and usually takes up most of the month's spare time. This year we have the process down and where I was afraid I would only have a few points to discuss, it ends up being the biggest update in months! |
