If anyone besides Bob and me is reading this thread, I've got good news: the story has a happy ending. My account was attached to an outdated email address. Thanks to Rabbi Bob, I updated it and was able to edit the Syndication Listings page. Our long national nightmare is over. Thanks, Bob.
