or they also look like 2 mini-psycho-crystals of the queen !!! Now seriously: it depends on the image you see, they look like 2 buttons that go next to the belt.

From a western perspective, I think that they are like rivets commonly found in leather work (gun belts and saddles), which are copper and can take on a red, orange or tan color.
