Since one of the weapons is a Crown Agent rifle, does that mean that Galoob planned to make a Crown Agent figure? If so, I haven't seen any evidence of it, although it would have been a logical choice. Galaxy Rangers had dozens of characters who would have made cool action figures. If only... (sigh)

really this Doc is the prototype that was made by Galoob / Ideal: if you notice, it does not have the seal of Galoob nor the black tab on the back that activates its arm.
