How is that (and if it's incorrect, let me know!)?

• Upgraded RAM from 8GB to 24GB (not that it was needed, it was just available).
  • 4 | 2 | 4 | 2 **[CPU]** 2 | 4 | 2 | 4

• Updated DB permissions for all DB users (no one here).

This post kind of tests some of that. (i.e. nothing to see here)
