Bio
Lieutenant Polver was stationed on Kirwin with Taiko and Woody when the Queen of the Crown launched her raid on the planet. He and the humans on Kirwin were captured and taken to the Queen's Psychocrypt, however was rescued by the Galaxy Rangers before being turned into a psychocrystal.
Lieutenant Polver is the first speaking character in the series.
